MindWell Poetry

Welcome to MindWell, a community of artists and creatives whose mission is to build safe spaces and advocate for mental health, recovery, resiliency, and embracing identity.

We host an event every Third Friday of the month, which opens with our infamous open mic, open to anyone with something to share. Although we encourage writing that touches on the themes our mission endorses, everyone is welcome to share whatever they need/want.

After the open mic we bring you the best Featured Poets from around the world, including award winners and international voices. Look at our list of past Features and you'll see how dynamic the voices are that visit MindWell!

After the featured poet, we host a phenomenal poetry slam, with many of the community's most urgent voices coming out to share their work!  All ages and experience levels welcome!

Along with our regular shows, MindWell also hosts special events that feature artists and causes we believe in, as well as free community training and workshops to help build community and wellness within that community.
